1. No Amazon Resale
- Products purchased through this channel cannot be sold on any Amazon / Walmart marketplace.
2. Order Minimums
- Your first two orders have no minimum purchase requirement.
- Starting from the third order, a minimum order amount of USD 500 applies.
3. Import Taxes, Duties, and VAT
- Orders ship from Taiwan via FedEx/DHL/UPS.
- You are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or fees charged by your country.
- These charges are separate from the product price and shipping fee.
- If your order consists solely of free-shipping items, no shipping fees or import taxes will be applied.
4. U.S. Customers – Importer ID Required
- Effective August 7, 2025, the U.S. government will impose a 20% import tariff on all goods originating from Taiwan, including Maymom products. The fee will be charged by the courier when the importer receives the goods.
- All shipments to the United States require a valid Importer ID for customs clearance.
- Please provide one of the following:
EIN (for businesses)
SSN (for individuals)

- Failure to provide a valid Importer ID may result in customs clearance delays or returned shipments.
