NEW VAT Rules for buyers from EU

The Value Added Tax (VAT) rules in the EU were amended on July 1^st 2021. All commercial goods imported into the EU will be subject to VAT. The Maymom shopping cart does NOT include nor does it collect VAT.  The importer/buyer will be responsible for the VAT, which is about 20% of the total of product cost and shipping fee. The VAT will be collected by the courier when the importer/buyer receives the goods.
